About Meridian 55

One standard, whether we build it or staff it.

Meridian 55 was built to do two things well — deliver AI and data transformation that can be measured, and place the specialists who carry that work inside client teams. Our partners are on every engagement.

APPLIED INTELLIGENCE · TRANSFORMATION, MEASURED

The partners

Co-Founders.

Between them: design and analytics leadership over a $3B enterprise product portfolio, and commercial strategy across seventeen countries in the Gulf, Middle East, and CIS. They built the firm they would have wanted to hire.

Product design, enterprise analytics, and AI-forward user experience

Portrait of Rajiv Ramarajan, Co-Founder and Partner at Meridian 55

Rajiv spent twenty-four years at SAS Institute, most recently as Design Director, leading product design for a $3B portfolio of more than forty enterprise analytics products across risk, fraud, customer intelligence, IoT, and supply chain. He led the design of the agentic UX patterns behind SAS Copilot and the Agentified Viya platform — defining how people work alongside AI agents in production, across chat, artifact preview, and complex product interfaces.

At SAS, he launched the Filament Design System, which unified thirty-plus products behind a shared component and visualisation library and saved a projected $75–100M, and he established the 200-report user research repository that put customer evidence into the development process. Forrester credited the resulting platform with “beautifully designed interfaces across the entire data-to-decision lifecycle.”

At Meridian 55 he leads the transformation practice and sets the bar for everyone we place. Every engagement is scoped to a measurable baseline before a line of code is written — and every reporting developer, Snowflake engineer, and data analyst we put in front of a client is screened by Rajiv personally.

Rahul Mahajan

Co-Founder & Partner

GCC market entry, commercial strategy, and dealer and fleet networks

Portrait of Rahul Mahajan, Co-Founder and Partner at Meridian 55

Rahul has spent twenty-five years building commercial operations across the Gulf, Middle East, and CIS, and is based in Dubai as Deputy General Manager and Chief Marketing Manager at Nissan Middle East. He has led Nissan's regional commercial strategy across seventeen countries — supporting $3B in top-line revenue and 100,000 annual unit sales — and negotiated dealer agreements in eighteen markets.

He built Nissan's regional fleet vertical from the ground up, to 200,000 units and 35% of Nissan Middle East sales, along with the government and leasing relationships that come with it: Dubai Taxi, EXPO 2020, Abu Dhabi GHQ, the Ministry of Defence, Royal Oman Police, and more than fifteen leasing firms. He also designed a $3.5M-a-year dealer incentive programme built on thirty-two KPIs.

That last habit is the one the firm runs on: decide what you are measuring before you spend the money. At Meridian 55 Rahul leads the commercial side and the resourcing practice — how engagements are structured, which consultants go where, and the standard our bench is held to.

How the firm works

The people who sold it are the people who deliver it.

Most firms send partners to the pitch and juniors to the work. We inverted that, and it constrains how much we can take on. That constraint is the product.

Partner-led, end to end

The partner in your first conversation is the partner in your last review. No handoff, no reintroduction, no relearning your business.

A screened bench, not a database

We put forward consultants a partner has assessed against your actual problem. If we don't have the right person, we say so instead of sending the nearest one.

Measured, or not proposed

Hours saved, cycle time, cost per transaction, conversion. We baseline the number, build against it, and report on it. If it can't be measured, we won't propose it.

Deliberately small

We take the engagements we can staff properly. Growth that dilutes the bench is growth we've turned down before.

Regulated industries first

Financial services and healthcare, where reporting has to survive an audit and "roughly right" is not a category.

Two markets, one firm

Silicon Valley practice, on the ground in the Gulf. We work where AI ambition has become national policy.

Track record

Where our people have worked.

Our consultants come from the environments that set the standard for this work — large advisory practices and specialist consultancies, in financial services and healthcare.
